On Wednesday August 24th a woman reported that she had been sexually assaulted while at the home of a 21 year old Sugar Creek Twp man. The woman stated that she went to the man’s home and became intoxicated and passed out. The woman awoke and found the man engaging in a sex act with her.
Deputies investigated the matter and developed evidence that support the woman’s claim and led to the arrest of the suspect for sexual battery.
