Wayne County Deputies arrest man for felony charge of disruption of a public service

Wayne County Deputies arrested a 30 year old Sugar Creek Twp man Sunday evening on a felony charge of disrupting public services.
The arrest came after the deputies responded to the home of the suspect and his wife. The female reported that the man assaulted her and then broke her phone when she tried to call 911 for help. The woman was able to flee the home with her children and called from another location.
The suspect was arrested for domestic violence and disrupting public services and transported to the Wayne County Jail.
