Preble County Deputies arrested a 20 year old West Elkton, Ohio woman on Sept 1st after she was found in possession of prescription medication belonging to two separate victims.
Deputies were investigating the first theft of drugs when they discovered drugs in her possession belonging to a second victim. The woman has been charged with (2) felony counts of Theft of Drugs.
