Washington County Deputies arrest man for rape.

Washington County deputies have arrested a 33 Belpre Ohio man for rape. The man is being held in the Washington County Jail on $100,000 bond following his arrest on September 27th 2011. The victim in this case, the mans twenty-seven year old girlfriend, reported to Detectives that she and the suspect had been arguing for several hours the previous evening and woke her around 4 am, demanding to have sex with her. The victim repeatedly attempted to avoid his sexual advances but he eventually forced himself upon her. Through investigative means Detectives Johnson, Mayle and Parks were able to corroborate the victim’s allegation with such veracity that the arrest of Mr. Ream was warranted.
