Washington County Deputies arrest two men for complicity in trafficking in cocaine

Four suspects were arrested early Monday morning during the execution of a search warrant by the Major Crimes Task Force.  From the residence of at 817 Masonic Park Road Lot 10, Marietta, Task Force Agents seized a total of eighteen grams of crack cocaine that was packaged individually for sale.  Under questioning, the female home owner stated two of  males present in the trailer from Columbus traveled to her home twice a week to sell illegal drugs.  The men were in the bedroom where the cocaine was discovered and had a digital scale and a package of plastic bags nearby. 


As a result of the investigation, the two men were each arrested on a second degree felony charge of complicity in trafficking in cocaine and the woman was arrested on a fifth degree felony charge of permitting drug abuse.  The fourth arrest was of another resident at the home. He was arrested for violating the terms of his probation.  All suspects are being held in the Washington County Jail in lieu of bond pending their initial court appearance.
