During the past month we have been putting things in place for this exciting new project. Starting next week we will officially “kick off” The "Ohio Sheriff's Updates”.
In the beginning the focus of these updates will be “on view” felony arrest. These arrest are essentially crimes in progress that result in the arrest of a suspect.
It is worth noting that often suspects are arrested as the result of lengthy investigations conducted by Sheriff's Offices. Such arrest are not considered “on view” and will not be reported here. This may change as we move forward with this project.
